- We leverage our IT knowledge to continue to improve on our marketing and communication services
In your role, you help clients optimize and streamline their marketing, sales or customer service operations. You help them define their needs and translate those needs into a pragmatic and realistic roadmap. Using your creative, hands-on attitude, you guide your clients towards the projects, people, processes, and tools they need to connect effectively with their customers.
This whole process starts with you sitting down with our clients and other stakeholders to assess their needs and identify painpoints. Next to that, your creativity and knowledge allows you to co-create the right solutions with our customers. The result is a roadmap that outlines what the customer wants to achieve, paired with the right digital initiatives to get there and a realistic plan for implementation.
By staying involved in the implementation project as a trusted advisor, you ensure that the strategic direction of the roadmap is followed and that your customer’s outcome is safeguarded.
Isn’t it poignant how a substantial amount of money is spent on marketing material, only for it never to be used again? Don’t you think there must be a better way for companies to manage product information and digital assets?
At delaware, we provide our customers with a so-called Single Source of Truth (SSoT) solution; a centralized, easily accessible platform that houses all of the client’s data. Because that’s the tricky thing with data - it’s usually stored in silos. With our help in managing the full life cycle of digital assets and product information, our customers can efficiently offer accurate information through each and every channel. Have a look at the Niko website to see what we mean. Not too bad, right?
We don’t mean to toot our own horn, but we do think that delaware offers the perfect environment for a solution architect to grow. Here, you’ll be surrounded by experts who specialize in both building and integrating custom software solutions. You see, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, for either the solutions we build or our developers’ careers. Are you a developer at heart and hungry for more? Then keep reading!
Scalefactory, a young Ghent-based scale-up in Salesforce software, recently teamed up with delaware to accelerate their mutual growth ambitions. Scalefactory shares their knowledge of Salesforce, and delaware in turn helps them to maximize their growth and expand their integration expertise. As such, we offer the best of both worlds: a buzzing and dynamic scale-up environment with the security of an established partner. To put it in the words of Stijn, partner at Scalefactory: “Both companies have a shared appreciation for a hands-on, no-nonsense approach, and we’re both committed to customer excellence and quality.”. A match made in heaven between two companies that complement each other to a T.

As a mature, technically skilled developer, your stay involved and engaged throughout the project implementation cycle, even after the go-live.
You are ambitious, flexible and eager to take on a varied range of projects, with topics as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Portals, ERP integrations and Business Intelligence to name but a few. You are keen on growing and diversifying your architectural skills by designing integrations with other solutions.

Search engine optimization specialists at delaware digital are a key part of the digital marketing team. Our clients want a trusted advisor when it comes to advice on achieving optimal search engine results.
You’ll bring added value to the table by maximizing the potential of search engine optimization and by employing an analytical mindset and a strong focus on data. This includes analyzing data in Google Analytics and technical SEO, and also taking the lead in content clusters, keyword research, and discussions in this area. That output is what we use to build briefs for our copywriters.
You have a nose for digital marketing opportunities and take the initiative to efficiently translate them into action. Being a trusted advisor means you keep in close contact with the client, so you’ll sometimes be based at their offices. However, you’ll report both externally and internally, to our project team, so you’ll also spend time at our offices.
The diversity of our customer portfolio means you’ll support a variety of projects, at many renowned companies in a broad range of sectors. Some projects will require a quick turnaround while others will be long-term partnerships.
You sniff out opportunities to open doors that will bring us new business. Spreading the word about delaware’s customer experience story will get your prospects excited to work with us. You love networking.
Be it with new prospects, the delaware colleagues, our counterparts at SAP or existing customers, you are the one we turn to to help us grow our business. Once you’ve worked your way in, your ambitious nature will ensure you see the job through.
Perseverance is your middle name: once you’ve started working on a deal, you won’t stop until it is done. Rather than sitting and waiting to see what happens, you take the bull by the horns and go for it.
You will mainly be dealing with new prospects, ensuring that our consultants can get to work on that exciting new project. You know that driven person who always gets their foot in the door? Well, that’s you! You will also liaise with the business development teams at SAP. That way, you’ll remain in the know about the latest opportunities. Apart from looking for new opportunities, you will also maintain ties with our established customers the food and manufacturing industries and the delaware organization itself to ensure they remain in the loop about the solutions we can offer.
You have a passion for solution design and want to engineer innovative solutions together with our customers, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement stack. You have the capability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, to challenge and inspire them. To achieve this you combine technical and functional knowledge. You can move your customers to adopt best practice, to think in terms of end-to-end processes and to build a sustainable reference architecture (scalable, maintainable and performant). During the implementation phase you stay involved in projects and guide the implementation team.
You will be involved in delaware innovation initiatives, meaning you’ll collaborate with colleagues specialized in Azure, D365 ERP, Microsoft Teams, … to design integrated solutions. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less-experienced colleagues.
You are a true entrepreneur, driven by adding value for customers. Being hands-on and pragmatic is your second nature. You work fast, shift gears quickly and are always prepared for unexpected challenges. Being a sales manager involves knocking on a lot of doors: you’ll visit potential customers across Belgium to present delaware, and you’ll bring your A-game to customer meetings every time!
You combine your commercial insight to promote our services with your interest in managing our top-level portfolio. Your experience with Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities or Public and Financial Services allows you to connect with customers, understand their business needs and deliver the SAP & Microsoft services they need. Additionally, you are always eager to expand your own knowledge and dive deep into all delaware has to offer.
As an empathic manager, you love to share your know-how. Not only with team members, but also with customers and sales prospects. You can easily step into the shoes of our clients, identify which skills are necessary to respond to the market’s opportunities and set up a corresponding training or hiring plan.
When did you last use your expertise to create a solution that could change an entire organization? Your mission with us – if you choose to accept it – will be just that: to help our customers in their transition to everything digital and to unleash your .NET skills on complex and innovative projects.
If you’re just as passionate about code as we are, have a strong sense of customer satisfaction and want to level up your skills as a technical lead, you may be the lead .NET developer we’re looking for. Whether that's full stack or purely back end, it's up to you.
You’ll take regular implementation projects one step further. Our team specializes in:
- e-commerce platforms and CMS;
- web development;
- and marketing automation.
You could find yourself working on-site with customers throughout Belgium (who really appreciate our integrated, end-to-end approach).
You want to dig deeper to get to the root of the customer’s challenges. Because that’s who you are: persistent, professional, and passionate. Did we get that right?
You're looking for a next step in your IT career, where your .NET experience remains the main focus, but we'll support you in becoming a technical lead and coach to others in your team.
Is it a technical profile? Is it a functional role? No, it’s a customer experience consultant. A role that combines elements of both. After all, when you build solid customer experiences with SAP C4/HANA, you need both sides of the e-commerce coin.
Every company’s unique processes and solutions should meet the needs of their customers throughout the different buying cycles. To uncover that, companies need a sparring partner who can quickly place her/himself in the shoes of the end-customer. Are you that person? Are you ready to take customer engagement to a next level?
If you get a rash from poorly designed and ‘dumb’ marketing automation and e-commerce flows, then join us.
