Our biggest internal event has to be the B1

An annual gathering for all #peopleofdelaware to get an update on what’s been going on in the organization, our future plans and other important changes. We believe transparency and communication are key – and so are the drinks afterwards!

Similar to our regular B1 is the B1 Solution Fair

An afternoon where 45+ delaware exhibitors showcase their specific solutions and services, sharing insights into their fields of expertise. The perfect opportunity to find out more about what we offer our customers and what our colleagues have been working on. This event is all about recombining our strengths!

The Sporty B1

is where our employees can work up a sweat: exciting games, thrilling adventures and a summer barbecue? Count us in!

One of our personal favorites is the delaware Family Day

An afternoon filled with fun activities and entertainment for both young and old, including dinner. On our last Family Day we organized a retro themed festival and we had a jolly good time!

Why are employee events so important to us?

We organize employee events not only to share information, but also to put our culture and values into action. If we say our focus is on team spirit, care, entrepreneurship, respect and commitment, what better way to show that to our employees than by a well-planned event?

We organize employee events to improve group cohesion. As consultants, the #peopleofdelaware are often found working on customer locations across the country, so events are the perfect moment to reconnect and rekindle the team spirit.
