LT Foods Europe chooses the extensive Food knowledge of delaware

LT Foods Europe was looking for an SAP partner who has an extensive experience in Food Industry and SAP solutions. Several parties were invited to make a proposal for the optimization of SAP S/4HANA. LT Foods Europe looked-for automating the tasks and to connect with the latest techniques.

Based on delaware's wide-ranging experience in the food industry, the food expertise and the knowledge of the SAP solution, LT foods made the choice to go with delaware. Initially, a business scan was performed so that there would be clarity on the areas that needed attention and where and what benefits could be achieved with the optimization and new components.


Based on the business scan, the next components are being addressed and improved:

  • Finance & Controlling 
  • Extended Warehouse Management
  • Electronic Data Interchange 
  • Sales & Operations Planning 
  • Vendor Invoice Management 
  • Production Planning 
  • Setting up tracking of end products 

In September, the project started to implement the optimizations. The Warehouse Management component will be used for the first time within the group. After completion of the project in the Netherlands, Warehouse Management will also be rolled out in the other countries.
