International Women’s Day: how are we supporting women who love their job in IT?

Nearly half of the global workforce is now female, a surprisingly high number compared to how many women were involved in the workforce these last few decades. However, the number of women in tech jobs is more disappointing, given that the percentage is even lower than in the 1980s. We know that IT, in particular, is struggling with the attrition of skilled people so, set against the celebrations of International Women’s Day, let’s take a look at what we can do to change this.
