As a service delivery manager, you have the high-level insight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, understand their reality and connect with the right development teams to create an architecture tailored to the client’s needs.
As an empathic manager, you love to build bridges. Not only between team members, but also between your company and the customer. You can easily change hats and use technical jargon with delaware colleagues, and talk business with your customers. Your main mission? Smooth and close collaboration, communication and clear roles for everyone on the project. To accomplish this, you assure the coordination of delivery activities and the follow-up on change requests and small tasks. You are the link between delaware and the customer and act as a real partner to both, by proactively informing the client of possible improvements and motivate your colleagues to go the extra mile when needed.
