The Belgian delaware SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) team is a group of more than 80 highly trained SAP professionals. Our main mission is to provide Application Managed Services not only in the RUN (incidents, service requests) but also to Accelerate (change requests, innovation, automation)… We assist customers with the implementation of new functionalities and maintenance of their SAP landscapes. To keep their systems running but also to introduce new features with added value for our customers. We like to make sure that our customers’ SAP applications remain the company’s driving force, by offering a team of experts – ready to intervene when called upon!  
We provide our local support as a team in a flexible and open organization, with room for creativity. All the SAP Run & Accelerate colleagues cooperate closely in teams dedicated to specific clients, organized per industry. To ensure 24/7 service to our customers, we collaborate with our international delaware colleagues from across the globe. 
Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. We expect you to be flexible in terms of location. Most days you might work from our offices and we value your presence to collaborate with the team. You can also work from home occasionally, but of course customer focus is our focus, so we expect you as consultant to be flexible and to go onsite to customers when requested (non-COVID19).

What will you be doing?

  • As a SAP Customer Support Consultant, your key priority will always be the customer. You’ll enable them to maximize their use of technology. 

  • In practical terms, this means you’ll activate new features, analyze the next release or upgrade and make sure new legislation is covered. 

  • You’ll be actively involved in our team meetings and learn something new every day. Soon, you’ll coach newer colleagues in return. 

  • You won’t be afraid of going out of the box, but you also know how to use the box.
