Who are we?

We are the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) team. With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative CRM and Power Platform projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation to a Customer Engagement platform. Each project is a complex journey, as we keep digging until we find the solution that perfectly meets the needs of our customer.

When you join our Dynamics 365 CE team, you don’t just join a team, you join a family. We are a tight-knit bunch of more than 40 unique and supportive friends, who go the extra mile for each other, both professionally and personally. Within our team you have the potential to grow towards solution architect for large cross-software implementations.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

What will you be doing?

As a .NET developer, you will be responsible for developing CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. This means you will work closely with our customers, functional and technical experts from other teams, in order to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the customers’ needs.

You’ll work in project mode, delivering technical designs. Your main focus will be on back-end development, such as complex integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and on coming up with tailor-made solutions for mid- to large-sized companies — think of setting up and integrating Data Factory, SharePoint, API gateways, etc.

You will be closely involved both in the decision-making and implementation process and get the opportunity to set the future course and to determine our best practices. For the delivery part, you’ll be closely involved in the discussions held with customers to meet their needs.

have at least 4 years of experience with C# and Azure Integration Services;
have good communication skills, as you will be in contact with our customers;
are willing to take juniors under your wing and like to share your knowledge with them;
have a strong interest in CRM and Power Platform;

Solution Architect PIM DAM
