Client Relationship Manager

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be the key link between our company and our valued clients. In this role, you’ll foster long-term partnerships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

What will you be doing?

  • build real connections and be the go to person for our clients. Keeping relationships strong and making sure they always have a direct line to us.
  • understand what our clients need, what makes their business tick, and find ways to add real value.
  • work closely with different teams to make sure we’re delivering top-notch service and support.
  • gather feedback, check in on client satisfaction, and make changes that actually matter to them.
  • identify ways to help clients even more by recommending additional services that fit their needs.
  • jump on any issues quickly and effectively, keeping our clients happy and confident in us.
  • schedule regular chats to check in, review progress, and make sure clients feel valued and heard.
  • give our clients the latest updates on our products, services, and anything else they should know.

We are a passionate and results-driven sales organization, dedicated to building and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our sales team, working closely with account managers, business developer, sales managers and other key stakeholders to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. Collaboration is key—together, we strive to understand client needs, strengthen partnerships, and drive long-term success.
 

Is there a match?

  • you have a minimum of 4 years of experience within a similar role.
  • you have a big interest or knowledge of IT consulting
  • are eager to create long term relationships with clients and are willing to network.
  • proactive and a good communicator
  • perfect in NL and fluent in English. French is a plus.
