Do you have what it takes to be our new Sales Lead? We are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Lead to join our team that focuses on the Energy & Utilities industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, creating new business, developing strategic relationships with key clients, and leading the sales team. Your expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

What will you be doing?

As our Sales Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the Energy & Utilities industry. You’ll:

  • Know how to open doors and build relationships from the ground up, especially within the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Be responsible for your own sales team. You enjoy coaching others, sharing your insights, and helping shape a winning sales approach.
  • Write clear and compelling proposals that connect client needs with the right IT solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and needs, both from a business and IT perspective. You’ll be able to translate those insights into tailored solutions using delaware’s full portfolio.
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy, thinking about how we can grow smarter and faster. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on in executing that strategy—whether that means making calls, setting up meetings, or following up on leads.

Is there a match?

  • You have solid experience in sales within the Energy & Utilities industry, specifically in energy production, distribution, or utility services, with a focus on IT or business consulting services.
  • You’re comfortable leading others and taking responsibility for team results.
  • You’re curious, hands-on, and always looking for ways to improve but also like to connect with clients still.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English, and ideally also speak French.
