The goal of the Transsmart integration is to streamline multi-carrier management within standard Dynamics 365 F&O. This means easily booking carrier transport, comparing carrier rates, print carrier labels and taking care of all other aspects of delivery logistics. The Dynamics 365 Operations team has build a an integration with the Transsmart platform, which can be reused on other projects as an IP.

- Make carrier bookings from Dynamics 365 F&O
- Fetch carrier rates for specific shipments in Dynamics 365 F&O before making a final carrier booking
- Follow-up on carrier bookings by checking the Track & Trace linked to specific shipments/containers, the customer sign-off (who received the goods at the receiver's end), carrier pick-up dates, carrier shipment status... All info normally only available on the carrier's website, which you can now check within your ERP system
- Set-up decision rules within Transsmart to let Transsmart decide which carrier to use for your shipment
