That’s why we’re looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our internal IT team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the administration, optimization, and support of our M365 environment, ensuring a seamless digital experience for our employees across multiple locations. From Exchange Online and SharePoint to Teams and OneDrive, you will play a key role in enhancing both efficiency and security across the organization.

What will you do?

As an M365 Administrator, you’ll oversee the daily administration of the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring the environment is secure and optimized. You’ll manage user lifecycle processes and role-based access control, ensuring compliance with security policies and regional regulations. Additionally, you’ll implement M365 security measures such as Conditional Access and MFA, collaborate with the Security team to address risks, and enforce data governance policies.

Automation will be a key part of your role — you’ll leverage PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency. You will also support users by providing Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, develop end-user training, and contribute to the M365 roadmap, ensuring smooth migrations, integrations, and feature rollouts. Finally, you’ll proactively monitor and report on service health and security posture, driving continuous improvement within the M365 environment.

Is there a match?

3+ years of experience in M365 administration within a mid-to-large enterprise.
Strong technical expertise in Entra ID, Hybrid Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
Familiarity with M365 security tools like Defender for Office 365 and Intune.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a global team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
