Junior SAP Service Consultant ( September 2024)
“In the R&A team, I work as a first-line service coordinator for a client in the automotive industry. We have weekly calls to go through all incidents and changes in their SAP system. I first try to solve the problems myself, but if I can’t find a solution, I start collecting the necessary information. After noting the requirements, my role then switches to being the bridge between the customer and my more specialized, second-line support colleagues at delaware. They know their module(s) inside out and will make sure our customer receives a tailor-made solution to their problem or request.” — Sümeyye Eren
Like Sümeyye, you could be a first-line coordinator, or you could go for a more specialist role in second-line support. Either way, our customers will need your in-depth knowledge of specific SAP modules to help implement new functionalities — or to keep their existing SAP landscapes in excellent shape.
Prepare yourself for an interesting journey in customer and innovation services, working on exciting projects for a broad range of companies and industries!
