What will you be doing as an Employer Branding Consultant?
The employer branding consultant role is all about advising our clients on their employer branding strategy. From mailings, job postings, and social media all the way up to onboarding and getting new employees involved. Another plus is that you’ll be working on several projects at a time. And they can vary greatly.
Add to this the wide variety of sectors and industries, and you end up with a very exciting and challenging role.
Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site, where we follow the rhythm of the client. We work where we work best, when we work best.
Combine a passion for employer branding with a consultancy mindset and the right amount of flexibility to work all over the country
Have at least one year of experience in a similar role. We are not looking for a senior profile
Really know your way around social media and other employer branding media.
Can inspire clients
Speak Dutch as your native language, but also have solid English skills, and maybe French too (an advantage)
