SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

other, HR Technology, some experience, consultant
Belgium

As an Onboarding Consultant at delaware you help companies to provide optimal support to their key asset: their employees. But that’s often more complex than it seems. The HR department juggles a thousand and one tasks every day, which can make it difficult to find time to innovate and change. That’s why we regard it as our mission to support HR departments in transforming their HR processes and in offering their employees the tools to succeed and grow. The implementation of state-of-the-art applications can dramatically reduce the workload and help the entire organization and the people that work there to flourish.
That’s why our projects generally focus on the big picture. We always go for the ‘full monty’: a complete upgrade of all HR processes, with cloud-based tools that offer companies valuable insights into how their people are doing.

And we always deliver. It’s what makes us stand out from the pack. Are you keen to work with us to make our customers even more successful?

What will you be doing as an Onboarding consultant?

·    You gain an in-depth understanding of your clients and their specific hire and onboarding needs before translating your insights into an Onboarding solution.
·    You take a leading role in your projects, which also puts you in an excellent position to supervise and coach less-experienced colleagues.
·    You advise customers on their onboarding strategy based upon your experience and market knowledge, enabling them to tackle their onboarding challenges in an efficient way.
·    Our projects and customers cover a wide range of industries. In other words, there will be plenty of variety, including in terms of your working environment.
Today, we have offices in Ghent, Antwerp, Wavre, Kortrijk, Liège and Lummen, but you will often be working onsite at our customers, wherever they are in Belgium. So it does not really matter whether you are living in Limburg, Brussels, Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp... It is highly likely we are implementing an Onboarding solution in your area right now.
