Did you think an implementation project is over after go-live? Think again! As long as our colleagues keep implementing new software systems at our customers, we will continue to provide aftercare and support – and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

When you know the ins and outs of Microsoft 365, it’s only logical that you assist your customers after they’ve made the switch. Over the years, we have built up a considerable portfolio of customers, who can rest easily knowing their system is in good hands. Are you the SharePoint expert we’re looking for?

What will you be doing as an Microsoft 365 Customer Support Consultant?

Your mission? To provide customers with the professional service they deserve.

  • You’ll provide second and third-line support. Make sure to check in with your colleagues when you come across more complex issues. Our Digital Workplace team is happy to help!
  • Your motto? ‘Leave no ticket behind’. You’ll chase the queue and follow through on all tickets from start to finish.
  • You’ll be the first to learn about new functionalities, so besides resolving issues, you’ll also handle system adjustments. You’ll keep a close eye on the latest features and help your customer to get the best out of their system upgrade.
  • Customers will see you as a trusted source. They will rely on your technical know-how to help solve any ‘Oh no!’ moments they might have.
  • As an Microsoft 365 Customer Support Consultant you’ll have a comfortable, internal position, with a healthy work-life balance
  • You’ll enjoy the perks of being a consultant (financially, but also in terms of variety in projects), but there’s no need for you to be on the road: you’ll work from one of our offices (in Gent, Antwerpen, Wavre, Lummen, Liège or Kortrijk).
