Developing and supporting F&O systems that can go the distance

As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape. 

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware. 

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations. 

The type of tasks to expect are: 
●    receiving and analysing tickets
●    solving incidents
●    getting to the bottom of errors
●    analysing, estimating and developing change requests
●    collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
●    presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features

You’re a dynamic and motivated business professional with a passion for warehousing, inventory and transportation processes. You’re a team player who likes taking up an active role in improvement projects. You thrive in both small and large project teams.
You are energized by interactive workshops with C-level executives, middle management and operators. You’re quick to understand business challenges and propose strategic (and technological) solutions to help improve warehousing, inventory and transportation processes. 
You’re flexible and can handle the uncertainty our customers face in their business transformation journeys – you’re there to guide them into the right direction!
