Hybrid Network Engineer

The SAP Basis team at delaware is on the lookout for a Senior SAP Basis Consultant who will be directly involved in building SAP technologies and develop the processes to continually operate, innovate, and grow; someone with a deep knowledge of systems administration and technical architecture, as well as a proven track record and experience with SAP HANA and related technologies.
Relying on your extensive experience in the world of SAP solutions, you will play a key role in building the customer’s technology roadmap while working closely with our infrastructure and functional teams. You will be the go-to person who guides our customers when it comes to deciding what SAP technical architecture to follow.
The design, development, and support of our SAP solutions include the following:
-    Performing complete upgrades, migrations, SAP landscape installations and technical change management projects in close collaboration with our clients.
-    Completing project lifecycles: from initial set-ups to solution delivery and support.
-    Working with clients to analyze their needs: preparation and participation in workshops, including documentation.
-    Using innovative solutions in old and new SAP landscapes (cloud solutions, SAP HANA, SSO, mobile devices, etc).
-    Leading projects by discovering different solutions and taking on more responsibility as you progress in your career.

As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, we expect you to follow all the latest trends in IT and use these insights to take your deliverables to the next level.

As SAP Security Architect, you will be architecting, designing, implementing and governing the SAP security framework for business process transformation programs. 

• Develop and maintain concepts and procedures for the SAP Security (Fiori, Application and HANA) and user access controls for all SAP instances.
• Perform SAP security audits & advise customers on the way forward towards enhanced SAP security & Segregation of Duties.
• Manage SAP security implementation projects.
• Design the business blueprint through workshops with business and compliance stakeholders.
• Define functional specifications for the SAP security role development team.
• Develop centralized process for SAP security role administration.
• Evaluate business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design.
• Develop the GRC rule sets (SOD), workflows and approvers for user provisioning /de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access and access recertification based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you’ll do more than just testing. Let’s have a look at your to-do list:
·    You’ll be an integral part of the testing CoE, where the focus is to define and implement best practices, standard tools and strategies for testing across multiple projects in ERP space and custom development.
·    You will also be working in project(s) as standalone (or) leading technical team of tester(s.)
·    You will also be playing vital role in developing the test strategy, test plans and test objectives in collaboration with the customer(s).
·    You should be able to add value to the projects by bringing innovative testing solutions through automation and right test approach.
·    Your role in identifying the right tool selection for test automation and implementation with best practices is key to the successful test delivery for the project.
·    You should be able to define the KPIs to measure effectiveness of the technical initiatives and communicate effectively to the project team.
·    You will also be counted in for your contribution in training and building technical expertise within the testing CoE.
·    You should have quest for learning and trying latest automation tools to cater the dynamic changes in the testing world.
·    At first, however, you’ll work together closely with a colleague, who’ll train you with delaware specifics and take you under his/her wing. He/She will be like your buddy!

Today, delaware has offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Wavre, Kortrijk and Lummen, but you will often be working onsite at our customers, wherever they are in Belgium (or) testing CoE team, sits mostly in Gent/Kortrijk offices.
