ERP Project Manager

You’ll take the lead on ERP projects at our customers ; guiding both people and processes throughout the entire lifecycle. With your strong background in SAP or Microsoft ERP implementations,

your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of budgeting, planning, scope and timeline management.
• Leading the project team, ensuring smooth alignment between functional consultants, developers, architects and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitating workshops, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.
• Monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and ensuring that actions are followed up.
• Safeguarding project quality and instilling best practices across the delivery.
• Shaping a positive team environment built on collaboration and clarity.

Let’s see if you:

• Have 3+ years of project management experience in SAP or Microsoft ERP environments (or proven end‑to‑end ERP project delivery).

• Know how to navigate complex environments and bring structure where needed.
• Communicate clearly, confidently and with empathy; you’re a true bridge builder.
• Combine strong stakeholder management with hands-on problem solving.
• Are comfortable taking the lead and guiding both customers and teams.
• Are familiar with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile; PRINCE2 is a plus).
• Are proficient in MS Office; experience with project tools (DevOps, Cloud ALM…) is an asset.
• Believe that quality, trust and teamwork are essential to deliver great projects.
