Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 CE

You have a passion for solution design and want to engineer innovative solutions together with our customers, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement stack. You have the capability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, to challenge and inspire them. To achieve this you combine technical and functional knowledge. You can move your customers to adopt best practice, to think in terms of end-to-end processes and to build a sustainable reference architecture (scalable, maintainable and performant). During the implementation phase you stay involved in projects and guide the implementation team.  

You will be involved in delaware innovation initiatives, meaning you’ll collaborate with colleagues specialized in Azure, D365 ERP, Microsoft Teams, … to design integrated solutions. You are committed to expand your knowledge by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies in your field and mentoring your less-experienced colleagues.

When you join the Dynamics Customer Engagement team you join a family. We are a tight-knit bunch of more than 30 consultants, who go the extra mile for each other, both professionally and personally.  

You’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation to a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it.  

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Wavre and Liège, but we also spend a lot of time working on-site with our customers, wherever they are based.

  • have more than 5 years of experience (functional or technical) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and have practical skills in architecting Microsoft solutions;
  • combine technical and functional in-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 or Power Platform;
  • were previously involved in full lifecycle projects for large companies;
  • are willing to meet with possible customers during pre-sales conversations;
  • Can express yourself easily in French or Dutch and English?
