The digital workplace team at delaware is looking for an enthusiastic functional consultant with a strong interest in AI, ChatGPT, search, chatbots, knowledge apps and putting it to practice in customers projects with an agile team.

We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including the Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, etc.

What will you be doing?

Stay up-to-date on the latest possibilities of large language models (LLM) and chatbots, particularly in the Microsoft context (Azure OpenAI, MS Copilot,..)
Conduct functional workshops to gather requirements regarding enterprise findability and knowledge management apps, powered with, AI to address the customer needs
Translate requirements into functionalities taking into account constraints (from customer, technology, budget..)
Create project deliverables like blueprints, mockups, training material,…
Create and deliver engaging webinars or demos to showcase the latest advancements in copilot and search technologies.
Conduct quality testing of solution artefacts
Collaborate with a project team in an agile way (daily standups, sprints,…) on customer projects
Sharing knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings

Is there a match?

Required skills and interests
Strong interest in the domains of enterprise search, chatbots and assistants and knowledge management in general
Strong, functional interest in technology related to AI and M365
large language models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI
Office365 (SharePoint, Teams, MS Viva suite, M365 Copilot..)
MS Copilot Studio
Eagerness to deep-dive on new topics like Copilot (M365 copilot, Copilot studio..), semantic search and complex topics like knowledge management and enterprise search
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable in conducting workshops and trainings for customers
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Expertise in IT projects as functional expert or trainer
Expertise in M365/AI/Search-projects is a plus
