As our new IT Officer for HR applications, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our talented international IT support team through the design and maintenance of these critical HR applications.

SAP SuccessFactors is central to this role, along with several other applications focused on training and mentorship, including interfaces with systems such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other applications within the ERP landscape.

Just so you know, delaware BeLux has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège, Wavre and Luxembourg, but you’ll find most of your in-house IT colleagues in Kortrijk.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee the design and maintenance of international HR applications (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, mentorship programs), ensuring seamless integration with other systems like S/4HANA Cloud and various ERP applications.
  • Work with HR teams across different countries to exchange solutions, streamline local and global HR requests, and enhance system functionality.
  • Organize and lead change advisory boards to present, discuss, and approve new HR system requests or process enhancement.
  • Monitor and manage budgets for the HR tools and applications within your scope.
  • Partner with local HR departments, key users, finance teams, and other business units to address new requests and ensure effective implementation of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, providing training and guidance to first-line ERP support, local HR departments, IT team members, project management teams, key users, and others.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key users during the implementation of new processes and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to manage the roll-out of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules across different entities, from initial analysis through to implementation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HR landscape.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of HR tools by maintaining data quality, system setup, and master data management.

Is there a match?

Let’s see, if you . . .

  • Have strong affinity or experience in HR applications and processes, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Cloud;
  • Spent at least 3 years working in an HR environment and understand the language we speak at the water cooler;
  • Are an excellent communicator who can inspire and lead across different cultures;
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders;
  • Can create and maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver engaging and effective training sessions;
  • Are eager to travel abroad occasionally, given delaware’s international scope;
  • Are a strong English speaker (in addition to Dutch or French) and can effortlessly communicate with other English speakers from all over the world . . .
