Who are we?

The change management team consists of a group of about 20 change and learning consultants. It’s our mission to help the people at our customers to embrace change, so that organizations achieve their ROI. At delaware we are the expert in driving change, including learning, in technology projects.

Just so you know: we have offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

What will you be doing?

As a change manager you will effectively manage the change required to enable the successful deployment and adoption of digital transformation projects at our customers.

In this lead position your responsibility will be to support customers in their stakeholder management, key change impact analysis, change communications, training plans, measuring the change and organizational design. You will effectively drive adoption of the new system and processes.
 

Is there a match?

There is, if you are…

  • experienced in both operational and consulting roles, supporting change initiatives with multiple deliverables
  • experienced in managing change, related to ERP system or other large enterprise system deployments
  • able to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business and to make these tangible for employees
  • in the possession of solid engagement, relationship building, and expectation management skills with stakeholders of all organizational levels
  • willing to lead a project from strategy to execution, so pragmatic and hands-on
  • in the possession of a Change management practitioner certification, e.g., Prosci-certification. We consider this a plus, not a must
  • fluently bi-lingual (Dutch or French and English)
