Just like Ann-Sophie, as a Junior Supply Chain Consultant, you step into a role where you connect people, processes, business objectives and technology. Your mission is to help clients strengthen their supply‑chain operations through a human‑centric, analytical and ERP-driven approach. 


Here’s what a typical project journey looks like: you’ll start by visiting the customer and joining workshops that reveal how their teams really work. From these conversations, you craft clear and structured process blueprints that outline both current and improved ways of working. These blueprints then become the foundation for bringing the processes to life within an ERP context. As the bridge between business and IT, you help translate business needs into system logic, collaborate with functional and technical experts, validate processes through demos, and ensure the solution is both feasible and user friendly. Once the ERP solution takes shape, you guide teams through their transition, supporting key users with clear explanations, hands on help, and a strong focus on human adoption and change.


Throughout your projects, you’ll be exposed to domains such as production, warehousing, procurement, and sales, always working with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and empathy.

With more than 450 experienced consultants, our Business Applications Hub covers all the functional expertise in implementing end-to-end supply-chain solutions for SAP and Microsoft. We deliver solutions that support our customers’ core processes (warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, sales, etc.) via digital transformation (automation, standardization and digitization).

From day one, you’ll join one of our Talent Team, supportive community built specifically for new joiners in ERP consulting. You’ll kick off with a structured onboarding bootcamp before stepping onto your first real client project, supported by senior colleagues every step of the way. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership and responsibility, and soon enough you’ll be mentoring the next intake. The Talent Team creates an environment that sparks curiosity, builds connection, and continuously strengthens your consulting, ERP, process-thinking and communication skills. With this foundation, you’re set up for a flying start and a long-term career.

We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre, but as a consultant, you’ll sometimes find yourself on-site with our customers as well. We offer flexible hours, and we’ll find the perfect balance together.

  • speak Dutch and/or French, combined with English

Junior ALM Consultant

We are hiring for september 2026!

 

“In a short period of time, I grew into an independent role as the primary point of contact for ALM on different projects. For each project, I was responsible not only for the setup and support on SAP Cloud ALM, but also for managing a wide range of SAP systems and services, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

Working with these diverse systems allowed me to build deep knowledge very quickly. On a daily basis, I configure Cloud ALM system connections, onboard and authorize both delaware and customer users, and ensure that all integrations run smoothly. Doing this, I maintain close collaboration with colleagues across delaware as well as with customers, supporting them throughout their processes and fine-tuning Cloud ALM to meet their specific needs.

Being part of a start-up team within delaware has also given me the opportunity to demonstrate my entrepreneurial mindset. I actively contribute to the growth of Cloud ALM by organizing customer workshops and establishing strong connections across different internal departments. This dynamic environment allows me to work with a broad range of stakeholders and continuously help shape how ALM is adopted both internally and at our customers.” - Yannick.

 

As a Junior ALM consultant, you’ll grow into the SAP Application Lifecycle Management space, one of the most in-demand areas in the SAP ecosystem right now. You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be eager to learn.

 

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the lifecycle of the customized solutions for their business.
