Junior Supply Chain Consultant- Business & Technology Transformation

That ambition takes two complementary shapes within our Business Applications Hub consisting out of more than 450 experienced consultants. Our business transformation team works across the different supply chain domains (production, logistics, sales and distribution, ...) to optimize how organizations run, identify the right technology and support its implementation with a strong emphasis on processes, documentation, and adoption. Our SAP and Microsoft Dynamics teams bring those same transformations to life inside the ERP solution itself covering end-to-end solutions across the supply chain domains.

From day one, you will join the Talent team. A supportive community built specifically for new joiners. You will kick off with a structured onboarding bootcamp before stepping onto your first real client project, supported by senior colleagues every step of the way. As you grow, you will take on more ownership and responsibility and soon enough you will be mentoring the next intake.

• Visit the customer and support workshops that reveal how their teams really work today and where they want to go
• Craft clear and structured process blueprints that outline both current and improved ways of working  
• Depending on your track, use the process blueprints as foundation for process harmonization, standardisation and improvement, or help translate those business needs into system logic within an ERP context such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, working closely together with functional and technical experts
• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing
• Help drafting training materials and support end users through go live
• Use AI tools to work faster, more efficiently and produce more polished, consistent documentation, reports and first drafts

So, if you ...

• Are a student who’s in their final year or a young professional with one or two years of experience in Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Have the right business and supply chain processes knowledge and are willing to expand that knowledge
• Have a structured, organized way of working and are willing to build hands-on project experience
• Are curious about how business and technology come together, whether that means rethinking processes on the business side, or bringing them to life in an ERP solution like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Have a natural feel for consulting: the communication skills to keep people aligned and a project/team moving forward
• Speak Dutch and/or French fluently, in combination with English
• Have a driver's license, to get wherever you need to be
• Are motivated to learn and eager to take on new challenges
