delaware has been delivering invoice management solutions for years. We implement OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) as an add-on to SAP. But when it comes to invoices, there is no one-size-fits-all, so we try to cater each solution to our customers’ needs.

Who are we?

Although small, our team packs a punch! The 10 consultants in our team each have great knowledge on (parts of) the purchase-to-pay process. We’re specialists who get involved in the full life-cycle of VIM projects: from intake to go-live. Our mission? To help our customers transition from manual processing to the streamlined e-management of their invoices. Make sure to check out what we’ve done at ARaymond, a 150-year-old firm that specializes in fastening and assembly solutions.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Ghent, Antwerp, Wavre, Kortrijk, Liège and Lummen, but we also often work on-site together with our customers.

What will you be doing

You know your way around the modern purchase-to-pay process, as you have previously worked with invoice management software. You’re a big believer in digitization, automation and machine learning because you’ve experienced (firsthand, maybe?) how slow, error-prone and costly manual invoice processing can be.

You show hands-on, in-depth technical knowledge of OCR, invoice management systems, and can debug code if necessary. You show customers the many advantages of a digital solution, and believe that together, you can create the invoice management system of their dreams.

Are you excited to improve the invoicing process for both local and international organizations? Then you’re the Invoice Management Consultant we’re looking for!

… are very familiar with the key concepts in procurement and believe that automating the invoicing process is the way to go;
… like to get technical: analyzing, configuring and debugging the invoice management system are things you see yourself doing daily;
… have previously completed full project cycles related to invoicing and have the necessary project management skills to run multiple projects at once;
… feel comfortable facing the customer in presales conversations, organizing workshops to discover their needs and teaching end-users how to use their newly implemented invoice management system;
…are flexible, well-spoken (in English and Dutch or French), eager to learn and not hesitant to take ownership
