You're someone who gets genuinely excited when data stops living in dashboards and starts shaping real business decisions. You're not just a number cruncher — you naturally bridge the gap between analytical thinking and the messy, human reality of sales and marketing teams.

You're pragmatic, curious, and you have a talent for cutting through complexity to find what actually matters for a client.

What will you be doing?

You'll guide clients — mostly in sales and marketing contexts — toward smarter ways of putting their data to work. Think customer segmentations, churn models, lead scoring: the kind of analyses that have a direct impact on how a business grows.

What makes this role different is that you're not tied to one tool or technology. You look at a client's situation first, and then figure out the best approach — whether that's a quick win or a longer strategic play. Your recommendations are grounded in what's realistic, not what looks good on paper.

In practice, this means you'll:

  • Run discovery sessions with both business and IT stakeholders and translate business challenges into data questions worth solving
  • Design and deliver analyses on customer data (segmentation, churn, campaign performance, and more)
  • Present findings in a way that makes sense to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work tool-agnostically — your value is in the thinking, not the software
  • Collaborate closely with clients to make sure insights actually land and get used

Is there a match?

  • You have + 3 years of experience in a data or analytics role, ideally with some exposure to sales or marketing contexts. You're comfortable with data analysis tools and methodologies, but you don't need to be the most technical person in the room — you just need to know enough to ask the right questions and challenge the answers.
  • You have a notion of SQL and Python
  • You speak English and Dutch or French
  • You have experience in working with marketing automation technology (directly or indirectly)
