Are you passionate about turning customer data into actionable insights? Do you have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and a solid understanding of marketing processes?

At delaware, we’re looking for a Customer Insights Specialist to strengthen our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team. In this role, you’ll focus on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Customer Insights while collaborating with performance marketeers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

What will you?

  • Design, configure, and optimize customer journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys & Data), leveraging real-time triggers, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to translate business needs into effective automation flows, audience strategies, and insights dashboards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to continuously fine-tune journeys and campaign logic.
  • Engage directly with customers, you love being customer-facing and gain energy from helping them reach their goals
  • Take the lead in projects and being involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.
  • Share your knowledge by mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continuous improvement of our team’s methodologies and best practices.
  • Balance multiple projects confidently by working in a structured, methodical way.
  • Stay up to date with the latest innovations in Dynamics 365, CRM, and marketing automation and proactively share best practices with both your team and customers.

Who are we?

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. This means we work in a true project mode, so you’ll have plenty of variation.

The team consists of 40 professionals, consisting of developers, consultants, project managers, each with their own strengths and knowledge. You’ll work closely with performance marketeers to design and implement tailored CRM solutions.

Is there a match?

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:
•    Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys and Data), Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.
•    Skills: You have the ability to configure and customize marketing forms, emails, customer journeys, and triggers. A good understanding of marketing processes, campaign logic, and customer lifecycle management is required.
•    Analytical Mindset: You have a sharp, analytical mind and know how to strip messages to the core.
•    Communication: You are proactive, articulate, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
•    Languages: Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.
