Analytics Consultant

You help organizations look ahead by building and managing analytics and planning solutions that make their decisions better and their future clearer. This entails:

• Understanding the business: you start each project with workshops, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and capture what the customer really needs. Then you turn those insights into a clear functional design.
• Testing, refining and delivering: you validate the solution with the customer, make adjustments where needed and guide them toward a smooth go-live.
• Project management: you keep projects on track, but you're not just a coordinator. You understand what the technical team is building, you spot risks early and you're able to make functional calls without escalating everything. 

Most projects run for a few months. You’ll typically be involved in two to three at the same time, always in an end-to-end role.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site. 

Let’s see. If you…

• Have 3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, reporting or a related function;
• Have some experience with Power BI and feel motivated to grow your reporting skills;
• Like to think in structures, numbers and logic;
• Have experience running or steering projects and know what it takes to keep stakeholders aligned and timelines realistic
• Have good communication skills to be able to lead workshops;
• Are adaptable and curious by nature: you challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways to improve analytics with AI or automation;
• Are fluent in Dutch or French and are comfortable in English.
