Cloud Support Engineer

Microsoft, cloud & infrastructure, some experience, consultant
Belgium

Think support is just handling tickets? Not here. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients and a key contributor to keeping their cloud environments running smoothly. You’ll not only resolve issues but also anticipate and prevent them — ensuring stability, scalability, and security across modern Azure cloudnative platforms.

Our environments are built with PaaS-first principles, leveraging Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, App Services, and managed databases. You’ll help customers run resilient and high-performing cloud-native applications that scale effortlessly.

Who are we?

You’ll join our Managed Services team, working with cuttingedge cloud technologies to deliver and maintain reliable business applications and tailored solutions. Our mission: empower our customers by ensuring their platforms run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

We focus heavily on Azure PaaS, automation, modern architectures, and DevOps-driven operations. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to provide proactive management, optimization, and continuous improvement.

We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre.
