The E2E transformation management team at delaware is currently on the lookout for new team members, including an experienced Program Manager. We’re looking for an all-round project manager who can guide teams from the strategic thinking phase to the final execution and delivery. If you like being involved from A to Z, in pre-sales, analysis, blueprinting and execution, all the way to delivery, you’re exactly what we’re looking for!

The Program Manager role has several facets. First off, you can discuss strategic visions with the C-level, which you’ll translate into your program. You can also rally the teams needed to make this vision a reality. You’ll take on a pioneering role within the execution. Not only will you be the leader who handles big and complex challenges, you’ll also onboard and guide your teams and clients throughout the transformation and implementation journey.  Supported by project managers, you can foster a collaborative environment, move your stakeholders towards the best interest across your program and can manage the expectations within the organization.

Providing a clear governance structure, clear communication, and clear role definition is a key responsibility. You’ll deal with and need to balance multiple teams, stakeholders, and factors such as changing priorities.

Of course, to take on this role, you also need to be an expert in your field. You have experience with major ERP and business applications, and you combined this with facilitating techniques and methodologies to get and keep everyone onboard and on track. This role won’t be a leap into the dark for you as you’ve managed strategic and business transformation programs, as well as technology implementation programs, before.

You’ll be the end responsible for your program’s performance. Keeping your head cool, handling conflict with a kind but clear mindset, while maintaining the focus on the long-term benefit realization are what set you apart.
