What will you be doing?


•    Help our customers migrating on-premises and non-AWS workloads to AWS. 
•    Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
•    Design multi-cloud solutions for our customers.
•    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
•    Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to ensure high performance and cost efficiency.
•    Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.
•    Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
•    Design and build innovative solutions that will help our customers in various industry value streams  
•    Collaborating with the AWS solution lead to grow the department and drive innovation for delaware’s customers.
•    Engage in pre-sales activities.
•    Help gain AWS competencies.
•    Help developing the AWS’ department roadmap.

Who are we?

We are a small but growing team within delaware that delivers cutting edge technology to our customer, in order to create true business value. The  AWS Platform team is responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS cloud infrastructure solutions. We help our customers migrate on-premises and non-AWS workloads to AWS, drive DevOps best practices, and provide technical guidance.

Is there a match?

If you have

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in AWS cloud engineering and DevOps with experience in migrating workloads to AWS.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or bash, knowledge of Java or GO is a plus 
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub or Gitlab.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration mindset.
  • AWS certifications are a plus, as is knowledge of AWS Map and GenAI solutions architecture
  • Experience in presales for a professional services company and ability to write proposals for our clients.
  • You don’t take yourself too seriously but can work under pressure and deliver no matter what happens
