As Managed Services Lead at delaware Belux, you own the full lifecycle of our managed services portfolio: from SLA governance and team leadership to client relationships and practice growth. This is a senior role at the intersection of delivery excellence, commercial accountability, and people leadership.

Is there a match?

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of delaware’s Managed Services portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg, with a strong focus on both growth and service excellence. You ensure that clients experience consistent, high-quality delivery, while continuously improving service performance and contract execution.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Managed Services practice within delaware Belux, driving innovation and adapting the offering to an ever-evolving market.

Your responsibilities include:

  • leading a portfolio of Managed Services contracts, acting as the main escalation point for clients
  • governing SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting, and translating insights into concrete actions
  • owning the P&L of your contract portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and margin management
  • building, managing, and inspiring a team of service managers, functional consultants, and support engineers — including collaboration with offshore and nearshore delivery centers
  • driving continuous improvement across delivery processes and service contracts
  • partnering closely with sales and presales teams to evolve the go-to-market strategy
  • building long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders, from IT operations up to C-level
  • identifying and developing upsell and expansion opportunities within your client base

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managed services:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • proven experience managing complex managed services or outsourcing contracts end-to-end
  • strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles (certification is a plus)
  • experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP), with either a functional or technical background
  • familiarity with SAP and cloud-managed services (Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating both in executive settings and hands-on delivery environments
  • fluency in English and either Dutch or French (trilingual capabilities are a strong asset in the Belux context)
