Experience with licensing or IT solutions is helpful, but your willingness to learn and grow is what truly matters.

What will you be doing?

As a License Desk Administrator, you play an essential role in keeping our licensing activities moving in the right direction. Your work makes sure that customers receive the right licenses at the right time, and that our collaboration with vendors stays smooth and well-coordinated.

In this role, you will:

  • Activate and manage licenses with our vendors.
  • Prepare customer offers and follow them up so they match needs and deadlines.
  • Support the contract process for customers and suppliers, ensuring all administrative steps are handled correctly.
  • Translate contract information into accurate billing details.
  • Prepare clear reports on license types, revenue flows, or trends when needed.
  • Set up training plans so our consultants can obtain the certifications they need.
  • Follow up on administrative requests from vendors and ensure documentation stays complete and up to date.
  • Be the proactive, careful administrative support that keeps our License Desk running efficiently.

  • You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different people, customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Experience with Microsoft, SAP, or other licensing systems is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to help you learn.
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently 
  • You’re proactive and like preventing problems rather than reacting to them.
