Job introduction

As a functional consultant, you

  • have a passion for marketing, sales or service.
  • love to work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals.
  • like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.
  • can understand and gather customers' needs while also challenging them, to then translate them into a sustainable solution. With your knowledge of Service, Sales or marketing business processes, you can tackle these challenges without a doubt! 
  • are willing to help us improve our way of working and are open to coaching your junior colleagues. 


Summarized: you are a born Customer Engagement consultant!

Who are we?

We are the Dynamics Customer Engagement team. With us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, as we guide our customers through their transformation into a Customer Engagement platform. For us, when we say that we cover Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects from start to finish, we really mean it. This means we work in a true project mode, so you’ll have plenty of variation.
The team consists of 40 professionals, each with their own strengths and knowledge. A great mix between technical and functional people, who work closely together.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…  
•    have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales and/or marketing
•    have experience working closely with customers. 
•    want to take on presales and lead workshops.
•    are an excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English
•    have a sharp, analytical mind and know how to strip messages to the core.
•    instinctively understand business needs, ask plenty of questions and know how to translate problems into IT solutions.
