At delaware, our Managed Services team ensures that our customers’ ERP environments remain stable, optimized and future-proof long after go-live. 

We are looking for an experienced Financial Consultant who thrives in complex live environments and enjoys taking ownership of long-term customer relationships. 

This is not an implementation role. 
This is about continuity, optimization and advisory within mature Dynamics 365 FSCM landscapes. 

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Consultant within Managed Services, you act as the financial ERP lead for your customers. 

You combine deep process knowledge with system expertise to ensure financial operations run smoothly especially during critical periods such as month-end closing and statutory reporting. 

You will: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers
  • Take ownership of one or multiple customer environments
  • Analyze and resolve complex financial process challenges
  • Perform root cause analysis on structural ERP issues
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical colleagues on integrations, performance topics and updates
  • Provide advanced functional guidance and targeted training
  • Coach medior and junior consultants within the service team

We work where we work best, and when we work best. delaware has offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen and Wavre. 

To stay connected as a team, we organize monthly co-working days to collaborate, exchange knowledge and strengthen team spirit. 

At the same time, we regularly work on-site with customers whenever proximity adds value especially in complex or business-critical contexts. 

Is there a match?

You are customer-focused, analytical and able to quickly understand what truly drives a finance organization. You communicate fluently in English, combined with Dutch or French.
