We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including the Microsoft Power Platform, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, etc.

What will you be doing?

You’ll deliver end-to-end projects for a variety of customers in different industries. 
From intake to delivery, you liaise with customers and colleagues to generate the highest possible added value. 

You help organizations define the requirements and co-define future solutions. You don’t just think about today, you also imagine a better tomorrow. 

You’ll experiment with solutions, research and implement new technologies (like chatbots and AI) and share your knowledge with the team. There’s a lot to be done! You’ll innovate and even get the possibility to create IP in addition to your work as a consultant.

Who are you?

These are the skills of a good Power Platform Consultant:

  • You have strong process analysis skills and experience with redesigning process using new and advanced technologies
  • You have thorough knowledge of and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • You combine that with a solid understanding of different Microsoft 365 services.
  • You have experience with end-to-end project delivery (from intake to successful delivery).
  • You’re a strong communicator who likes to interact with customers and team members.
  • You get a kick out of defining requirements and future solutions.

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • are an experienced consultant who knows all (or at least, really a lot) about the Power Platform (and its governance);
  • previously worked with Power Apps , Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents;
  • are very familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, …); 
  • know how to analyze and model business processes (e.g. in BPMN) in an agile way;
  • can create mockups to help create applications;
  • like to organize workshops to define a customer’s needs and streamline meetings;
  • are a strong communicator who fluently speaks English and Dutch or French;
  • are eager to share your knowledge with less experienced colleagues to help them grow;

Technical Lead D365 F&O

You’ll take the technical lead in our D365 F&O cloud projects. You’ll be responsible for what the team designs and builds and advice and inform customers about all the technical aspects during the project life cycle. You proactively suggest ideas for possible extra functionalities and technological solutions. This will also be the case internally, and you’ll grow into the role of technical advisor and lead expert over time.


At delaware, our (technical) development and functional teams don’t operate separately from each other, either physically or professionally, so you’ll collaborate closely with our functional team, actively following progress and remaining close to the solution, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.


You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvement by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across various industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…)..

Technical Service Consultant

Developing and supporting F&O systems that can go the distance

As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape. 

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware. 

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations.
