As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and the broader “employee of the future” vision.
  • Use people analytics to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Drive change management during organizational transformations, ensuring people are at the heart of every initiative.
  • Represent HR at leadership tables, collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Champion a culture of engagement, wellbeing, empowerment, and recognition

CRO - Head of Risk and Compliance

You’re someone who sees risk not as a roadblock, but as a way to unlock smarter decisions. You’ve spent around a decade navigating the world of enterprise risk, compliance, and governance, ideally in complex, international environments. Maybe you’ve worked in a Big 4 setting or advised fast-moving organizations. Either way, you know how to balance structure with agility.

You’re comfortable building things from scratch, influencing without formal authority, and translating frameworks like ISO 31000, COSO, NIS2, GDPR, and the AI Act into practical, business-friendly approaches. You speak the language of business, IT, and finance fluently, and you know how to bring people along with you, whether they’re in the boardroom or on the ground.

You’re based in EMEA and open to occasional travel. You communicate clearly in English, and if you speak other European languages, that’s a bonus. Most importantly, you’re ready to make an impact.

Head of Application Management

Reporting directly to the CIO, your mission will be to drive application governance, rationalization, and optimization, ensuring that our technology effectively supports our business while minimizing unnecessary complexity.
