Solution

Arteveldehogeschool joined forces with delaware to build a strong digital foundation - one that could support both operational efficiency and educational innovation. The collaboration began with a clear focus: get the basics right before scaling smarter applications.

The transformation started with the implementation of a modern ERP architecture using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for finance and supply chain management, streamlining financial processes and procurement. A CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales was added to centralize student and stakeholder interactions.

To unlock the value of data, delaware helped build a reporting layer using Microsoft Power BI, enabling staff to access insights quickly and easily. “We can now leverage the AI features of these platforms in our daily operations,” says Wouter Segers, Director of Digital Transformation at Arteveldehogeschool.

The transformation is visible across the board. With over 15,000 reports accessed in one year, data is now actively used to inform decisions.

Students benefit directly from AI based tools such as the FIT-test, which offers personalized study advice after just eight weeks and boosts their chances of success from the start.
