International Tax Expert
We are delaware, an international, fast-growing consulting organisation with teams working across multiple countries. As we expand, our structure naturally becomes more complex, especially when it comes to tax. That’s exactly why this role exists.
You’ll be part of our Group Finance team, where collaboration, openness, and a hands-on mindset are key. We like to keep things straightforward, support each other, and take ownership of what we do. You can expect a dynamic environment, where ideas are welcome and where you’ll have real impact.
We offer you a role with visibility and end-to-end responsibility, exposure to interesting international topics, and the chance to work on projects that truly matter. On top of that, you’ll benefit from flexible working conditions and a competitive salary package.
As our International Tax Expert, you’ll be the go-to person for all tax-related matters across our international group. You’ll work closely with finance, legal, and business teams, helping them navigate tax questions with clarity and confidence. Your role combines hands-on work with a broader, strategic view, so you’ll be involved in both day-to-day topics and projects that shape the future of our organisation.
You’ll oversee corporate income tax compliance across different countries, making sure everything is accurate, well-coordinated, and in line with local and international regulations. You’ll review tax provisions, returns, and reporting positions, and support audits by working with local authorities when needed.
You’ll also take the lead on withholding tax matters, especially when it comes to cross-border flows like dividends, royalties, or intercompany transactions. This means applying tax treaties correctly, spotting risks early, and identifying opportunities where we can improve our position.
Transfer pricing will be another important part of your role. You’ll help design, implement, and monitor our transfer pricing policies, making sure documentation is complete and compliant. You’ll also support the business during audits or discussions related to transfer pricing, explaining our approach clearly and confidently.
Beyond compliance, you’ll act as a trusted advisor. Colleagues will turn to you for guidance on the tax impact of business decisions, restructurings, or international activities. You’ll help them balance opportunity and risk while keeping things practical and clear.
Finally, you’ll contribute to our broader tax strategy and governance. You’ll follow changes in international tax rules, such as OECD developments, and help us anticipate what’s coming next. Your insights will support better decision-making and ensure we stay on the right track as we continue to grow.
This role could be a great fit if you have around 5 to 10 years of experience in international or corporate tax, either in-house or in a consulting environment. You’re comfortable working in a multinational context and have a good understanding of corporate income tax, withholding taxes, and transfer pricing.
You don’t just analyse, you explain. You’re able to translate complex tax matters into clear and practical advice for colleagues who aren’t tax experts. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and know how to build strong, trusting relationships.
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and like to take ownership of your work. At the same time, you stay flexible and enjoy working in an environment that evolves quickly.
A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Tax is expected, and a professional qualification is a nice extra, but what really matters is your mindset and how you approach your work.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine expertise, ownership, and collaboration in an international setting, we’d love to hear from you!
