DEL20, second edition: innovating together with customers

Rather than innovating abstractly, we invest in cases. In our co-creation project DEL20, we brought together customers. Not all projects from the first round were successful, but the learning path proved valuable for all participants. “At delaware, we have the people, the ambition and the technical knowledge to do innovation, but not the cases. Our clients do have these cases, but they lack time and skills. By combining our needs and those of our customers, we can actually do innovation and co-creation”, says Thierry Bruyneel, partner at delaware.
