The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance team grew from 11 to 30 people the past 5 years and our aim is to grow even further. This we do by being a true innovator of Dynamics 365 FSCM and by constantly challenging ourselves and our customers in doing more with the latest technologies.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced consultant, we don't need to tell you what the job of a D365 Finance Consultant entails. What can you expect at delaware? 

  • Interesting D365 greenfield implementation projects in various industries: manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,... 
  • Working on local projects or having an international scope, it's up to you! 
  • We enable you to design your own career path: growing towards Project Manager, Solution Architect,... A lot is possible! 
  • You coach less experienced team members in configuring the system and training end-users.

Who are we

Our Dynamics 365 Finance team is a tight group of around 30 Finance experts. We offer end-to-end services from the entire Microsoft eco-system. Therefore, we work on mutual projects with our other Dynamics teams (Operations, Development and Customer Engagement) or get together outside of work for the occasional teambuilding or Friday night drinks. 

Sounds good, right? We also follow all Microsoft Dynamics 365 evolutions closely. That's why we are an industry-leading Microsoft Gold partner (and we wear that badge with pride!). 

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

  • have +4 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM experience as a consultant and combine that with a solid background in finance, controlling or accounting;
  • can weigh up your customer’s business situation swiftly and translate it into clear functional solutions;
  • are well-organized, a good communicator and customer-oriented by nature;
  • are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of proficiency in English;

Microsoft ERP Finance Solution Architect

We’re hiring a seasoned Microsoft Finance Solution Architect to lead complex finance transformation projects. We’re looking for a functional expert who can translate business needs into smart solutions.

With experience in Microsoft 365 FSCM in your back pocket, you’re ready for more than just another implementation. As a Solution Architect, you’ll guide clients through every step of a Dynamics 365 Finance implementation—from shaping the vision to overseeing the result. You’ll work across teams, act as the go-to person for both client and consultants, and coach your colleagues along the way.

Financial Service Consultant

Your aim is to build long term relationships with the customers by providing solutions through ERP implementation. 
 
The type of tasks to expect are: 

●    receiving and analysing incoming issues on financial processes (month-end closing, legal reporting, …)
●    getting to the bottom of errors
●    handling service requests
●    collaborating with your technical colleagues
●    Prepare and provide trainings of financial flows
