As a SuccessFactors Consultant you help companies to provide optimal support to their key asset: their employees. But that’s often more complex than it seems. The HR department juggles a thousand and one tasks every day, which can make it difficult to innovate and change. 

That’s why we regard it as our mission to support HR departments in transforming their HR processes. The implementation of state-of-the-art applications can dramatically reduce the workload and help the entire organization to allow its most important capital – the people that work there – to perform and grow to the full. What will you be doing?

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Drive end‑to‑end SuccessFactors implementations for clients across diverse industries, taking ownership from discovery to go‑live and beyond. 
  • Translate complex HR challenges into cutting‑edge digital solutions, blending functional expertise with a strong process mindset.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for HR strategy, guiding clients toward best‑practice processes and helping them future‑proof their HR landscape.
  • Coach and uplift fellow consultants, sharing your know‑how and contributing actively to our SuccessFactors support community.
  • Stay ahead of platform innovations, bringing fresh ideas, smart enhancements, and continuous improvements to each engagement.
  • Turn our project management principles into practice on every project and guide our clients within this framework 

Our projects span Belgium and internationally, so expect plenty of variety in your work environment and the challenges you tackle.

We’re a close‑knit team of about 35 passionate consultants, working together to make a real impact in the HR tech landscape.
With delaware offices in Ghent, Antwerp, Kortrijk, Lummen, Wavre and Liège, you choose the environment that suits you best. You’ll either collaborate from one of our vibrant hubs; surrounded by colleagues who love to share knowledge or work onsite with customers who value your hands‑on partnership and expertise.

  • As an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant you’ve already successfully completed various projects from start to finish.
  • You know the ‘ins and outs’ of the whole range of HR processes that cover the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a variety of different industries.
  • You don’t settle for the status quo; you are an advisor by heart, and you are eager to guide your clients on how certain processes can be optimized based on an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs.  
  • You’re trained and certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors applications and, needless to say, you closely monitor all evolutions within your domain.
  • You take a leading role in your projects, which also puts you in an excellent position to supervise and coach less-experienced colleagues.
  • You have a driving license and a willingness to travel
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
