You like getting to the root of an organization’s concerns, and are eager to help build pretty nifty solutions that improve the overall employee experience. 
You know the platform inside out, which means customers can count on you as a skilled consultant to tell them whether or not it can meet their business challenges.

What will you be doing?

  • You will closely work together with your clients and strive for strong client relationships, because that is what drives you. 
  • You build Microsoft Teams apps, Office Add-ins or SharePoint solutions, using Microsoft Graph, the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and more.
  • You translate the functional specifications of the project into a technical design.
  • Translate project specifications into accurate estimates, accounting for development, testing, documentation, and other agile artifacts. 
  • Quality coding according to development best practices, considering maintainability, future proofness and properly documenting the code. 
  • Ensure thorough testing of all work, including edge cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate within your project team using agile methodologies, participating in daily standups and sprints.
  • Maintain an updated backlog in Azure DevOps, reflecting daily progress and remaining work. 
  • Sharing knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings.


delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, so you can work from anywhere you would like. Our customers really appreciate it when we visit them, so you’ll also need to be flexible and do on-site project work with them. This includes analytical work, organizing workshops, facilitating alignment meetings, giving trainings, configuring solutions…everything a consultant likes doing!

We are the Engage team at delaware. Our mission? Making life easier for the modern employee. From sharing files with colleagues to managing projects – employees perform a wide variety of activities in their daily jobs. But, many of them struggle with finding information and collaborating across multiple channels, even more so when working remotely.
Our weapons of choice? Microsoft 365 and its ecosystem.
Our playing field? Medium to large companies in every conceivable industry in all Belgian regions.
We find it exciting to see what Microsoft has in store for the future of work in terms of artificial intelligence, automation, natural language processing and chatbots. That’s why we’ve set up several Communities of Interest (COIs) to discuss the latest advancements in tech. There’s always something new to learn!

Is there a match?

  • You are familiar with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps.
  • Experienced in C#.NET development and front-end development using the React framework and TypeScript
  • Strong technical interest in the tools and technologies of the Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams, Graph API, PowerAutomate, Power Apps and Azure (app services, functions, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience with building custom Microsoft Teams applications (message extensions, apps for meetings and calls, adaptive cards, personal apps, ...) is a plus.
  • Experience with extending Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Azure DevOps pipelines, pull requests and automated deployments hide no secrets from you.
  • You are willing to keep up with the latest developments and technologies in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to continuously learn and improve your technical skills.

Technical Lead D365 F&O

You’ll take the technical lead in our D365 FSCM cloud projects. You’ll be responsible for what the team designs and builds and advice and inform customers about all the technical aspects during the project life cycle. You proactively suggest ideas for possible extra functionalities and technological solutions. This will also be the case internally, and you’ll grow into the role of technical advisor and lead expert over time.


At delaware, our (technical) development and functional teams don’t operate separately from each other, either physically or professionally, so you’ll collaborate closely with our functional team, actively following progress and remaining close to the solution, always ensuring that the customers’ requirements are met.


You can expect a mix of greenfield implementations and facilitating continuous improvement by building on delaware’s experience with new and emerging technologies. Projects typically range from six months up to a year or longer, across various industries (manufacturing, retail, professional services, textile,…)..
