As a Junior SAP Cloud Platform Engineer, you'll work as a technical consultant, supporting projects end-to-end, from analysis and design through implementation and ongoing support. 

Beyond the technical work, you'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into tailored SAP platform solutions. Expect a steep learning curve, exposure to a wide range of industries, and the chance to work with some of the most innovative technologies in the SAP ecosystem. 

As a junior SAP Consultant, you will: 

  • Ensure continuity of services by providing structured support before, during, and after SAP implementations 

  • Guide customers on their journey to the cloud using SAP ERP and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) 

  • Design, implement, and manage SAP platform infrastructure so development teams can focus on building 

What team will you be part of?

You'll join a tight-knit group of consultants as part of our Platform Hub, with a dedicated focus on SAP platform engineering. We're scaling our SAP platform capability with real ambition.

We work where we work best, when we work best. delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, and Wavre, but as a consultant, you’ll sometimes find yourself on-site with our customers as well. We offer flexible hours, and we’ll find the perfect balance together.

  • Speak English fluently, preferably in combination with Dutch or French  
  • Have a driver’s license, to get wherever you need to be

Junior ALM Consultant

We are hiring for september 2026!

 

“In a short period of time, I grew into an independent role as the primary point of contact for ALM on different projects. For each project, I was responsible not only for the setup and support on SAP Cloud ALM, but also for managing a wide range of SAP systems and services, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

Working with these diverse systems allowed me to build deep knowledge very quickly. On a daily basis, I configure Cloud ALM system connections, onboard and authorize both delaware and customer users, and ensure that all integrations run smoothly. Doing this, I maintain close collaboration with colleagues across delaware as well as with customers, supporting them throughout their processes and fine-tuning Cloud ALM to meet their specific needs.

Being part of a start-up team within delaware has also given me the opportunity to demonstrate my entrepreneurial mindset. I actively contribute to the growth of Cloud ALM by organizing customer workshops and establishing strong connections across different internal departments. This dynamic environment allows me to work with a broad range of stakeholders and continuously help shape how ALM is adopted both internally and at our customers.” - Yannick.

 

As a Junior ALM consultant, you’ll grow into the SAP Application Lifecycle Management space, one of the most in-demand areas in the SAP ecosystem right now. You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be eager to learn.

 

But there’s more: the consultancy element means that you’ll collaborate closely with our customers and colleagues from BeLux and beyond. You’ll learn to understand their needs, get insights on a variety of applications and safeguard the lifecycle of the customized solutions for their business.
