As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you help companies provide optimal support to their most important asset: their people. But that’s often more complex than it seems. HR departments juggle many priorities every day, leaving little room to innovate and improve.

For this role, you’ll focus specifically on SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)—helping clients design, implement and optimise their learning strategies in a digital environment.

What will you be doing?

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, from analysis to go-live and support
  • Translating learning and HR requirements into efficient LMS solutions
  • Configuring the LMS module (learning items, curricula, certifications, reporting, etc.)
  • Supporting integrations with other modules such as Employee Central or Performance
  • Leading workshops with stakeholders and guiding key users
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve their learning processes
  • Staying up to date with new LMS features and innovations, and bringing these to your clients

  • You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within the Learning (LMS) module
  • You understand HR processes, especially in learning & development
  • You have experience with implementation, configuration and/or support
  • You are analytical, proactive and client-oriented
  • You communicate fluently in French and English 
  • You enjoy working in different environments and collaborating with clients

Bonus points if:

  • You’re certified in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • You have experience with integrations or multiple SF modules
