As of January 2023, Patrick Carmans has taken up his new role as partner and will contribute to the continuous development and sustainable growth of the organization.
Patrick joined delaware in September 2018, focusing his efforts on business development in various IT projects and has left his mark on the delaware ecosystem ever since. His leadership and entrepreneurial spirit have helped delaware to deliver advanced services and solutions for its clients. Patrick says, “I am very honored to become a partner, it truly feels like an acknowledgement of my contributions and commitment to the company.”
With 25 years of experience in IT and general management, Patrick is a leading expert in the industry. He has a proven track record in digital transformations, value delivery, cost management and outsourcing, acting as an advisor to IT departments in numerous organizations. He has led several large-scale ERP and IT transformations. Patrick’s general management experience ensures he effortlessly aligns IT and business. As such, Patrick provides customers with impactful business solutions, a key component of delaware’s strategy.
Going forward, as partner, Patrick will play an integral role in the expansion of delaware’s operations in the Limburg region. In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with customers and business partners, Patrick will also focus on strengthening delaware’s associations with universities to attract potential talent.
