delaware is doing all the necessary to safeguard the health and well-being of its employees and customers during the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. We are following the advice and guidelines issued by the Belgian government and have a dedicated Corona team that closely monitors the fast-evolving situation.

Care for our customers, our colleagues, our environment, our family and friends is at the core of our DNA. Especially in these times where everyone is affected by Corona, all #peopleofdelaware are taking their responsibility towards the health and well-being of all people. And we are all committed to minimizing the risk towards the most vulnerable groups in our society.

That’s why our consultants are working remotely as much as possible in the coming weeks and will make use of web conference tools and other technology to interact with our customers and partners. If physical meetings are really unavoidable, then we ask our people to strictly follow the general precautionary measures and respect the guidelines for social distancing.

We are doing all the necessary to follow up on possible exposure of our employees who are working at customer sites. All our people are instructed to immediately contact a doctor and inform our dedicated corona team in case they have reason to believe they are directly exposed to the virus or have symptoms themselves.

From our side, we are doing the utmost to provide all necessary tools and support to our people so they can continue to provide the agreed services and business support, even if our people cannot be present at a customer’s site.

“In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity”

Today’s situation is challenging all of us to search for new ways in how technology and IT solutions can help to stay productive or to stay in touch with our nearest and dearest. delaware is ready to explore new creative solutions together with you to keep your business up and running, to bring your people up to speed with online meetings or other technology for remote work.
