Pascale Van Damme
Pascale Van Damme is CEO of Cordeel Group, where she is leading the transformation of a diversified construction group towards a more integrated, agile and future-ready organisation.
Before joining the construction industry, she built an extensive international career in technology, including more than two decades at Dell Technologies, where she held senior leadership positions in Belgium and across EMEA as a Vice President.
At Cordeel Group, her focus is on translating strategy into execution, strengthening operational excellence, digitalisation and innovation while leveraging the Group’s integrated capabilities to create sustainable growth and greater value for customers. Central to this transformation is the belief that technology and innovation only create lasting impact when they are combined with clear strategic direction, disciplined execution and strong leadership.
Beyond Cordeel Group, Pascale is Chair of the Royal Belgian Football Association, a member of the FIFA Council and an independent board member at Elia.
