As a Technical Service Consultant at delaware, you know all the technical tricks and processes to implement new functionalities for our customers. And it doesn’t stop with the go-live, you’ll also make sure existing Dynamics processes stay in excellent shape. 

Even if you have a background in other ERP-systems – we know from experience that your know-how will easily be translated to the Dynamics 365 F&O environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt makes you the perfect fit for our #peopleofdelaware. 

What will your role be as a Technical Service Consultant?
You’ll come up with tailor-made solutions for technical issues and develop customizations. 

The type of tasks to expect are: 
●    receiving and analysing tickets
●    solving incidents
●    getting to the bottom of errors
●    analysing, estimating and developing change requests
●    collaborating with your functional colleagues to find & develop a suitable solution
●    presenting and implementing new D365 F&O features

You had a first taste of Microsoft D365 F&O or another ERP (SAP, Oracle, Odoo,…) as key-user, business process owner, internal business analyst,… and are now ready to take a deep-dive in the consulting world and make a career switch to ERP consultant. 

Or you already built up experience as consultant in smaller ERP or OpenSource systems and are eager for a switch to more challenging projects at larger customers and want to move to innovation-driven techology?

You’ll use your in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities and business processes to help implement new functionalities or keep existing Dynamics processes in excellent shape.

●    handling service requests
●    getting to the bottom of new Dynamics 365 features and presenting them to the customer 
●    implementing new features for our customer
●    collaborating with your technical colleagues
●    connecting the customer with the most suitable consultant
