You enjoy working at the intersection of people, processes and technology. You like talking to customers, understanding how their project and service organisations really work, and translating that into a Dynamics 365 solution that actually helps them move forward.

You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in FSCM or Project Operations. You don’t just think in features or configurations, but in processes and impact. You’re comfortable taking ownership of your part of a project, while staying closely connected to your team.

And above all, you want to build sustainable solutions and long‑term relationships, in line with how delaware works: pragmatic, people‑driven and always together.

What will you be doing?

As a D365 Project Operations Consultant, you play a key role throughout the full implementation lifecycle. You work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure the solution truly fits the way they work.

You start by listening. You take the time to understand the customer’s needs, challenges and ambitions. From there, you help translate those needs into a solid, functional solution using standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities as much as possible.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Analysing business processes and translating them into functional designs
  • Performing fit-gap analyses and bringing everything together into a clear, coherent solution
  • Configuring Dynamics 365 Project Operations in line with the agreed design
  • Working closely with developers when customisations or integrations are needed
  • Supporting data migration and preparing customers for go-live
  • Training key users and guiding them through validation and testing
  • Supporting customers during cutover and staying involved after go-live

You don’t just deliver a solution and move on. You stay engaged before, during and after go-live, helping customers feel confident and supported. Within the team, you share your expertise, support junior consultants and contribute to improving how we work together on projects.
